Employer recruiting and personal job-search support

Employer recruiting begins with a hiring need. The employer defines the role and engages the recruiting service. Candidates do not pay for consideration or the included preparation offered to selected finalists.

A wider search is a different engagement

A professional may want help researching other opportunities, improving materials or coordinating their own search. That work starts with the candidate’s objectives and an individual proposal. It does not purchase access to an employer’s shortlist.

Ask what will actually happen

A useful proposal names the provider, included work, period, price and reporting cadence. It distinguishes research from preparation and a draft from a completed submission. It also identifies approvals and steps the applicant must perform personally.

Keep permission specific

Network interest, document review and presentation to a named employer are separate choices. Before an agreed action, confirm the role, approved materials and responsible person. Progress reports should show actual work and pending decisions.
