Employer questions
What does Ivy Recruiter provide?
Employer-paid direct-hire recruiting: role clarification, sourcing, screening, a focused finalist slate, accurate professional-document preparation, candidate-approved presentation, and coordination through interviews and offers.
Who pays the fee?
The employer pays a 20% placement fee under the signed recruiting agreement. Candidates are not charged for consideration or included finalist preparation.
What compensation is used to calculate the 20%?
The compensation basis and payment terms are specified in the employer agreement before the search begins. We confirm the calculation with the employer rather than leave it to an assumption.
Do you always present exactly three candidates?
Three qualified finalists is our operating target. The slate may vary with the search. We will discuss available evidence and priorities rather than introduce an unsuitable person to reach a number.
What is the 90-day guarantee?
If a placed candidate leaves within the first 90 days and the departure is covered by our agreement, Ivy Recruiter will replace the candidate at no additional placement fee. The signed employer agreement defines coverage and the replacement process.
Does the guarantee mean the replacement starts within 90 days?
No. The 90-day coverage period concerns the original candidate’s covered departure. The replacement process and employer obligations are governed by the signed agreement; a replacement start date is not promised on this page.
Who makes the hiring decision?
The employer decides whom to interview and hire and is responsible for its employment terms and required hiring checks. Ivy Recruiter evaluates and presents candidates for that decision.
Can you work with our internal recruiters?
Yes. We establish responsibilities, authorized contacts, and candidate-handling requirements for the search. Agency onboarding and vendor approval are addressed before introductions.
Can you accept a confidential opening?
We can discuss the confidentiality requirements before accepting a search. The employer approves public descriptions. Candidates must receive enough information to give meaningful approval before a named employer presentation.
Where do you work?
Ivy Recruiter operates through a Florida LLC with a U.S. service focus. Individual search locations, working arrangements, and any applicable requirements are reviewed during intake.
Does submitting a vacancy activate a search?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. A search requires accepted recruiting terms and an approved job order before work is represented as an employer-authorized assignment.
Candidate questions
Do I pay to apply or be selected?
No. Applying, recruiting consideration, submission, and the professional-document preparation included for selected finalists are provided without a candidate charge.
Must I purchase a résumé, coaching package, or membership?
No. A purchase is never required for consideration and does not provide preference.
What do selected finalists receive?
Professional materials that clearly explain genuine experience relevant to the role, including a résumé and candidate brief. You review the facts and approve the final materials before presentation.
Will every applicant receive free professional documents?
No. The included preparation is for candidates selected for the finalist slate for an employer-authorized search. Applying does not automatically include a document-writing service.
Will you send my résumé without asking?
We request approval for the specific employer, role, and final materials before presenting you. General network membership does not authorize employer submission.
What happens if I already applied to the company?
Tell us during screening. We examine the prior application and the employer’s candidate-handling process before any introduction.
Can I withdraw or apply elsewhere?
Yes. You remain free to pursue other opportunities and decline future presentations. Information already lawfully shared cannot necessarily be recalled, and some records may need to be retained as explained in the privacy notice.
Is an interview or job guaranteed?
No. The employer makes those decisions. An application, screening conversation, or selection as a finalist is not a job offer.
Can I join without an open role that suits me?
Yes. The free candidate network is a separate way to share future interests. It does not guarantee a future match.
How can I get application assistance?
Use the contact page and choose application assistance or accessibility. Describe the barrier without sending unnecessary medical information.
