Your team can review the agreed requirements, see the evidence behind a candidate's presentation and identify the next action without piecing together a long email chain.

Review the candidates approved for your search

Each selected candidate's presentation combines professionally prepared documents with a concise explanation of relevant experience. Evidence levels and unanswered questions remain visible. Our preparation helps your team examine the candidate's actual background; the final hiring decision remains yours.

Keep the process moving

Review the current stage, interview feedback, pending decisions and the person responsible for each next step. Appropriate hiring participants receive access to the materials relevant to their role. Billing access and candidate-review access are managed separately.

Agreements and first-90-day support

The workspace is intended to provide access to the agreement record and, where included in your search, the first-90-day support plan. The signed recruiting agreement defines the 20% fee and the 90-day candidate-replacement guarantee. Workspace access does not replace those terms or create a separate membership charge.

Your information has a defined purpose

Candidate information is shared for the authorized recruiting purpose. Private coaching conversations, unrelated client records and assessment information are not automatically added to your hiring workspace.
