The commercial foundation

Placement fee: 20%, paid by the employer.

Candidate fee: None for recruiting consideration or included finalist preparation.

Finalist preparation: Accurate professional documents prepared for selected candidates at no cost to them.

Replacement guarantee: Candidate replacement for a covered departure within the first 90 days, under the signed agreement.

Agree on the calculation before the search begins

The written agreement specifies the compensation basis used in calculating the 20% fee, when the fee is earned, and when payment is due. It also explains prior-candidate handling, introduction protection, and any search-specific provisions.

These details are confirmed before candidate introductions. A website inquiry does not create a payment obligation or authorize a search.

What the placement service includes

The accepted search includes role clarification, sourcing, screening, finalist selection, professional-document preparation, candidate-approved presentation, and interview and offer coordination. Any additional service must be identified and agreed separately.

Your replacement commitment

If a placed candidate leaves within the first 90 days and the departure is covered by our agreement, Ivy Recruiter will replace the candidate at no additional placement fee. The signed employer agreement defines coverage and the replacement process.
