You do not pay for consideration
Candidates pay nothing to apply, be considered, or receive the professional-document preparation included for selected finalists. You never need to buy résumé writing, coaching, or a membership to qualify for selection. A paid service gives no preference in a recruiting search.
Apply to a specific opening
Review the role and submit your résumé or equivalent professional information with the requested job-related responses. We examine the experience against the employer’s requirements and may invite you to a screening conversation.
Discuss the practical details
A useful conversation covers what you have done, the work you want to do, compensation expectations, location, working arrangements, and availability. Tell us about a prior application to the employer so that possible duplicate introductions can be addressed.
Prepare as a selected finalist
If selected, you receive professional documents that explain your relevant experience accurately. You review titles, dates, responsibilities, credentials, and achievements before approving the material. We do not invent qualifications or enlarge your experience.
Approve your presentation
Before an introduction, you review the employer, position, and final document versions. We request your authorization for that presentation. You remain free to decline the opportunity, pursue other positions, or withdraw from future submissions.
Understand the decision
The employer chooses whom to interview and hire. A screening conversation, finalist selection, or prepared résumé is not a job offer. We communicate the status that can be confirmed.
